Parcels leave our facilities within the next 24 hours, once the order is confirmed and the payment is received. Orders made after 5 p.m. will be prepared on the following working day.

Do you need your products to arrive before the weekend? We suggest placing your order before Tuesday 5 p.m, always making sure there are no bank holidays during the delivery process. Later than this, we cannot guarantee a delivery before the weekend.

Orders are usually dispatched on the same day if they are placed and payment is confirmed before 5 p.m. and on the following day if placed later on. Your order will reach you via GLS and you will be provided with a tracking number. A signature is requested at delivery.

TiendaFullDip will always make sure to dispatch fragile products perfectly protected and packaged.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

All orders are shipped via GLS and usually take 48 – 72 to be delivered.

TiendaFullDip is not responsible for any possible delays due to bank holidays, weekend or unforeseen events during transportation.

Delivery times always refer to Monday to Friday working days. Weekend and bank holidays are excluded from these estimations. We work hard so you can get your products as soon as possible, but lack of stock might cause delays. For this reason, delivery dates are always an estimation. We will contact you in case of delay in the delivery date.

ORDER HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In the unfortunate event of your order being damaged in transit, please reject the delivery. Please contact us by phone or by email, quoting your name and order number, and we can then make the necessary arrangements to replace or refund the order.

RETURNS POLICY

At TiendaFullDip we accept returns due to defective or damaged products. It is also possible to return your order if it is not what you expected. In every case, you will have to assume the shipping costs of the return.

In order to return your order you need to send it back to TiendaFullDip and pay the shipping costs. You will get a refund as soon as we check personally the product was not used and/or any damage customers could be responsible for. We do not refund shipping costs.

Any return can be made within 15 working days from the delivery date.

All goods must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused and unopened condition to the address given below. Please note: for returned goods that have been used or opened, we will be unable to provide a refund. If products are returned in a damaged state, we reserve the right to deduct, from any refund, an amount to cover replacement of the container, the cost of labour incurred in transferring product into new containers, and the cost of any material loss in the transfer process.

CUSTOM / BESPOKE / TINTED PAINT RETURNS POLICY

We shall not accept return of custom , bespoke or tinted paint colour mixes.

Please contact us via email via the ‘Contact Us’ page. Once you have had a response from our customer service representative and a return has been agreed, please return your purchase by post, pack your product carefully, in the original box with the original packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure that items arrive back in perfect condition with original packaging and include a written explanation of the reason for your return on the reverse of your invoice. Remember to include this with the item(s) you are returning. Your input is important to us when we review our services and products for the future.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the postal service you use covers the value of your order. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to our error and this has been agreed by our customer service department, then any postage will be reimbursed.

It can take up to 5 working days for your parcel to reach us dependent on the courier / postal service that is used. Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return within 2 working days. Any Refunds can take up to 2/5 days with your bank to appear in your account. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return.
